Update: Windows Vista x64 & 4GB RAM Issue Resolved Wednesday, November 14 2007

After much playing around today, I'm finally running fine with all 4GB of RAM. The fix was a beta BIOS update which seems to have fixed my problems.

"beta" and "bios update" are two things that should never be uttered in the same sentence.  Good luck!
